Strategies for Supporting the Equalities Act
Staff and Governors at Ronald Ross Primary School are committed to promoting inclusion by all groups represented at school.
The school aims to promote a high standard of social and learning behaviour with a number of strategies.
- In 2014 we became a Level 1 Rights Respecting School.
- Due to extensive rebuilding work and the colocation of a neighbouring special school, we comply with the very latest accessibility requirements.
- We have a generously-resourced, informal weekly parent drop-in every Friday that is run and organised by the parents themselves. Each week there is a different focus and guests are often invited to talk to the parents, including the Family Information Service and local Children's Centre.
