School Values

Children at Ronald Ross wanted to develop an idea of the values which they feel best align with who we are, as a school.

Their work started last year (2022-23) with the School Council leading class-based discussions to identify key themes and corresponding values.

At the end of the year we were delighted to see how productive these discussions had been, resulting in our adopting the following three values:

Respect, Equality and Achievement

We celebrate our values with every possible opportunity but particularly in Achievement, with children receiving value badges when they have demonstrated any or all values.
